Thanks Bruce. I wasn’t really planning to expand, but when there was a request to turn the simple resource page into a more comprehensive site, I figured it made sense. Besides, there’s only a couple decent sites out there for Nonprofits in the way of technology advice and information.

Oh, and thanks for any recommendations you make for this blog. The traffic’s been growing, but I can never have too many readers.

Hi Cathy – Thanks for the recommendations and the compliment. Actually, I’m 43 years old, so I’m definitely in midlife.

Regarding my employer, it’s a great question that I’ve been very thoughtful about. First, Coryan is not my real name. Second, I’ve actually talked some with my employer about my situation and my blogging. I’ve not shared all the details, but if they (it’s a board of directors) were to read this blog, I could handle the response. I have no intention of leaving (although it was considered in the past) and this side work has actually made me more motivated on the job.
